I think that would be better than trying to invent understandable rules for
when locations will be hidden, definitely. I've just forwarded you part of a

Someone can't be expected to know, for example, that the reason Dallas TX has
temporarily disappeared from their clock menu is that they are currently in
Madison WI.
The original problem of London showing twice would be fixed by following the
specification: showing in the menu those
Javier Jardón has proposed merging lp:~jjardon/indicator-datetime/fix-87
into lp:indicator-datetime.
