History Library have Specialists assigned to them. If you can call
ahead, ask for the person overseeing the area you are researching and

I emailed the Family History Library in SLC and gave them the dates I will
be there and they replied that they are ordering the VAULT films I requested
and told me where they will be located so they will be available to me when
I arrive. This was a great hint for me -if I would have waited until
