The people you went to school with are not familiar to me, but it appears that
all Goularts from Faial and Pico would be related. Little Compton, Rhode Island
has a very large group of Goulart cousins.

Her mother was a Catarina Jesus Brum and her father was Joao Pereira Dutra.

There is a helpful (understatement) booklet published by the Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints called
Manuel Pacheco Viera Junior is the father. Maria Hemiquita? Vacinthia? is the
