I went to Madrid Spain last month and I will never go back there. The people
are not friendly at all. When my husband and I went to Lisbon Portugal last
year the people were really nice and friendly. I wouldn't mind going back. Or

The 3 pieces that you need are a name, date, and a place. You have the
names and a place. You need a date or a range. My grandparents were born in
the early 1900s. My dad's grandparents were born in the 1880s. Saying
"grandparents" gives us no clue at all to the date because it's relative

You will find all the early records of Agua de Alto in Sao Pedro de Vila
Franca. Also, if you don't find them there, try Agua de Pau and the Matriz,
Sao Miguel, of Vila Franca.

I have one other child of theirs in my database, Anselmo born 1875 (Image
#8 Norte Gande Baptisms) and three other children by his first marriage to
Mariana Josefa de Bettencourt (3rd & 4th cousins, mrd 5 Nov 1832, NG) so
we may find more info once the dispensations for Sao Jorge are
