[AZORES-Genealogy] Abbreviations for names Barbara and JOAO

Lower right hand side: I'm guessing the name of the child is Barbara. (?). The Priest abbreviated and it looks like a Letter B. Then, I'm HOPING the father's name is Joao --but all I can be sure about is the letter O. It looks like the mother is Anna Correia Martinez. (Hope it is) Thank

Hi Maria, What I see is, yes Barbara, with a big B and small a...Ba. The a is slightly raised. The fathers name I'm not sure, to me looks like Glo da Costa : Gonçalo. The mothers name is Anna Carvalho. After Carvalho it says naturaes de freguesia...etc. I hope that helps.. Denise
