Thank you for your help on this one Gayle. I see something different for the Padrinhos in the 6th line from the top - am I reading it wrong? It sure looks like Francisco Pereira Evangelho and his wife Antonia de Jesus to me. Also, I don't see where they list the grandparents at all, do you?
