Sandra, Yes, you could say raised by Maria de Jesus, wife of Joao Goncalves Rodrigues. The word after Maria de Jesus is "mulher" which the literal translation would be "woman" but it is meant to be understood as "wife." Mother is mãe. You got most of this document. Cheri Mello Listowner,
