My great grandfather Manuel Joaquim de Carvalho was born 18 Oct 1862 in Bretanha the son of Jacintho Jaoquim de Carvalho and Joaquina de Jesus Botelho. Paternal grandparents were Antonio Joaquim de Carvalho and Lucrecia Umbelina, Maternal grandparents were Jacinto Raposo Botelho and Anna Joaquina. My 4th great grandfather was Joaquim de Carvalho who married Treasa Margarida on 5 Feb 1874 in Sao Sebastiao Church in Ginetes. Many of his male decedents use the middle name Joaquim. My oldest Carvalho Ancestor is my 8th great grandfather Antonio de Carvalho who was born around 1589. His son Andre de Carvalho married Beatriz Ferreira on 19 May 1648 in Ginetes.
