Kathie,
I don't recall if I ever met him. I seem to recall that when I was a
teenager, we as a family (including my Uncle Jose Reis and Aunt Angelina

in the Chowchilla area who I think were his parents. Since he was 12
My gggrandparents didn't make the search for their wedding information easy
especially since it's obvious my gggrandparents weren't all that accurate
with what year it was when what information the family did have the years
of events didn't quite match in most things. Now it's possible because
Thank you to everyone who helped me once again! I really appreciate it. I

Thanks to both Cheri maria Lima for the useful hints. I been to Archives NZ
and they were very helpful and supplied me some information which I didn't

Hello,
I would like to give you a suggestion that may help you translate some
Portuguese words.
I know very little Portuguese. I have found the translate.google.com website
helpful
in translating some words. It doesn't translate everything, but it has helped
me with a lot of words.
Good
Katherine,
Thank you very much for the translation, including my mistake (marriage vs
death) with Leonard. I was going to use the online translation but I knew it
would be somewhat chopped up and after working 14 days straight I needed to
go to bed. Appreciate your help!

Thank you, Shirley,
I appreciate your help on this.
I've been searching for the children of Joam and Isabel and also for Joam's
obit which I found. I could certainly use some help with the record. I think it
says he died August 13, 1797 and was 63 years old. I hope someone will confirm
that
