If it's a 14 day free thing, you need to mark on your calendar when day
13 is and call them and cancel. And be prepared for them to try to talk
you into staying. They are a publicly traded company and need to sell
subscriptions to please the stock holders.

I tried this and it is genuine. I could view and download passport
applications, naturalization applications, and passenger lists without even
getting a sales pitch. Try to open anything else though and their sign up
box opens.
