It's ALL libraries on ALL the islands and includes more than just the 3
archive libraries.

Researching Sao Jorge, Terceira, Graciosa, Faial and Pico, Azores,
It says it's ALL libraries (the 3 main archives) and some others. I haven't
searched for archival records. Maybe after lunch.
