You have to take the ferry or fly from Terceira to Graciosa.
My grandfather was a Silva from Covas, Graciosa and his niece who is in her
90's lives near Guadalupe

Biscoitos, Terceira. His new wife, Emilia Carlota Silva, born in
Coimbra,Portugal, had godparents from Biscoitos.

incognito'.

I knew a Cathy Espinola from Methuen, MA back in the 50's-60's. I forget her
father's name , but you could go to the 1950 US Census as a start.
There was also Anthony Espinola from Lawrence, MA whose mother was my baby
sitter when I was a pre-schooler.
