Dear all, Babeld-1.1.1 is available at
http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/files/babeld-1.1.1.tar.gz http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/files/babeld-1.1.1.tar.gz.asc For more information about the Babel routing protocol, please see http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/babel/ The main reason for this version is that it fixes some bugs in the message parser, bugs that could potentially be remotely vulnerable. Thanks to the Wireshark team for finding those. There is also one incompatible change: the default hello interval on wired links is now 4 seconds, just like on wireless links; the previous value was confusing a lot of people, who appear to be used to OLSR's time constants. If you liked the previous value, please run babeld with the ``-H 20'' flag on the command line. Enjoy, -- Juliusz 16 May 2011: babeld 1.1.1: * Fixed two bugs in the message parser that could cause IPv4 updates to get lost. * Fixed a bug in the monitoring interface that could cause route ids to change (thanks to Gabriel Kerneis). * INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: the default wired hello interval is now 4 seconds. * Ported to Bionic libc.
