really nice interface but no regional variations, though that data is
available - bleb was good for that but much chunkier in comparison

        I came across this site the other day, I don't think anyone has
mentioned it before...  

        It's an interactive TV guide, all done without Flash.  The
search is AJAX and searches after each keypress, and it looks good too.

I came across this too a couple of weeks ago, sent it over to my dad as
he used to use one of the other TV listings sites (can't remember its
name but it was a lot clunkier) - he and I both think it's really nifty.
Fairly nippy too considering the amount of dynamic business that must be
going on whenever you interact with the page! Makes me a bit jealous as
my own web design skills are increasingly waning by comparison :(
