To clarify a point from my previous post, anything from News Online (ie
content from news.bbc.co.uk) hosts its feeds on newsrss.bbc.co.uk, and
you should continue to use that hostname. But for feeds originally on
www.bbc.co.uk, we request

I was thinking about a local reporting idea where users submit reports
and can use google maps to select where the report is located which
would then bring up a form with the location coordinates prepopulated.
