[backstage] Playground1 Servers Downtime

Hi!

(If you're Wild West server is Debian based, please ignore this email)

playground1.welcomebackstage.com is the physical host for the majority
of the Wild West servers, although not any Debian ones, and the list
of hosts is appended.

Last week while being updated some of the Wild West servers suffered
downtime, and while investigating the problem today, there have been
additional interruptions to service. My apologies. I hope that all the
servers will be up land working again later today.
