available for use...
and as such, has a clear responsibility to BDS, and any other
commercial user, as well as

Looks like you got the same email that Andrew Flegg
of http://www.bleb.org/got, he manage
to get agreement from BDS that using the bbc tvanytime data doesn't require a
fee being paid but he's had to remove the ITV data. You would of thought
that tv companies would love for everyone
