The BBC World Service is on both XM and Sirius, and BBC Radio 1 is
timeshifted on Sirius (so that the breakfast show is on at breakfast
time etc). I don't believe that Radio 4 is on any of the services.

I wouldnt be suprised to see MP4 as the distribution method with
attached DRM (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=62723).
MP4 will be well supported by Windows, Apple and Linux and in other
devices such as PSP, Mobinote etc it is the default format.
