As far as I know so far, nope. But I'm sure once I read through the thousands of emails I've avoided due to being on holiday we might have a different story. More information are available on the upcoming site below http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/190628/ The idea is simple, if you have ever written an XSLT stylesheet or wondered what all the hullabaloo (do people still use this word?) is all about, then come join us for our first London user group meeting. Of course if you just happen to be in the vicinity and want to meet some pretty cool people, then come along too. It's less of a XSL steering group and more about getting people with the right skills available to help out those without. And the ensuing benefits which might potentially arise of course. There is a mailing list at http://mail.xslug.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/london subscribe to be updated about upcoming events. (it's not at all noisy) -- Otu Ekanem http://rants.ekanem.de
Re: [backstage] Google Developer Day - places confirmed
We were planning the XSL user group meet-up for that day, but was warned of the clash by Ian and changed the date just in time. Details are available here http://rants.ekanem.de/2007/05/12/xslug-may-meetup/ It's slated for Tuesday the 29th on the southbank. Anyone interested in XSL should come along. I 'm looking to build something using XSLT at hackday in June, it would be nice to bandy some ideas around beforehand if possible. Count me in, if I can wrangle the time off work beforehand.
