I've never played around with Microsoft's Services for Unix stuff, but
I'm pretty sure I remember seeing nfs stuff as an option in cygwin
installers (not selected by default, though). If this continues to
give you trouble, that approach may be worth investigating. I suspect
to use cygwin to run
