I am using cron to schedule backups of may of our machines. I'm using cron
because its easier in some cases than using BackupPCs interface. The command
line I currently use to run backups is something like this:

directories/files created by BackupPC_dump.

gid(myuser) = 1000
uid(backuppc) = 1003

In this case, will installing BackupPC 3.1 overwrite the existing
/etc/backuppc.conf file? If not, then that will need some attention,
because the conf file from the 2.x days is slightly different.
