This is odd. I override the BlackoutPeriods in the default config in my host
specific config (changing just the hourEnd) and now it's working fine.
Weird work-around.

out of inodes. It seemed odd to me that there was no mention of the
inode usage on BackupPC's Server Status page. So I did a quick bodge
