sorry for the confusion i made . . (I am relatively new in linux world)
i did read the Documentation regrading the TopDir portion "Copying the pool"
but i did not understand the "script bin/BackupPC_tarPCCopy" thats why i
submit the question
but here is what i did to make it work .

from $Conf{TopDir} = '/var/lib/backuppc'; TO $Conf{TopDir} = '/backup/Data';
but i get this error when i try to commit the changes ..
$ /etc/init.d/backuppc restart
Shutting down BackupPC: [ OK ]
Starting BackupPC: 2011-0

well , i can`t recall if it was there or not , coz i re installed a different
version/arch precise i manipulated some config . .
but currently my workin` config directory is /var/lib/BackupPC

Sorry i didn`t pay attention for your post while i was modifying mine , i got
it to work :D
i got confused coz of the file apache.users wasnt there , i didnt notice
that -c creates it

but as i excepted troubles caused by configuration files mess which happened by
re installing another version/arch of the software.
