in the service.bat files.
that will be run rsyncd as service at boot.

Do you have created the folder /var/backuppc/192.168.10.3/ as root?
please change the owner with
# chown -R backuppc.backuppc /var/backuppc/192.168.10.3
...and try again

My BackupPC-2.1.1 doesn't work. I use rsyncd to backup linux's and winxx's hosts.
But i receive this as error message:
Backup failed on 192.168.10.3(unable to open/create /var/backuppc/192.168.10.3/xferLOG.z).
I'm new to linux so please i need help.
