I know this isn't supported in 5.0+ but I would like to experiment with
upgrading manually from 3.0.3 in order to benefit from bat for windows. I
don't have a cross-compiling environment so I'd like to know if someone here
has a set of windows binaries they can make available to me so I can upgrade
