Yes, I patched it from the patch folder. It did state that it patched successfully. I am running dvd+rw-tools vs 5.21.4.10.8. I re-patched and re-installed just to insure it was done properly. And I am still receiving the same errors. Thanks for all the help so far! -Original

I found out what my issue was. It was my brain. In the dvd-handler there are some var's you can set up top. The vars for the location of the dvd+rw-tool were incorrect. After fixing the error it started working like a charm. I hope this helps out for anyone else out there. Just Tripple check
