I'm out of ideas. Norton posed a problem for quite a few people on the list some time ago (I can't recall the time frame.) Not sure of the specific fix, but excluding bacula-fd.exe is certainly one key element. The output doesn't give me any clues either. Maybe check the AV and see if that
