I think you are right. Volumes on HDD 1 will be in one pool and volumes on HDD 2 in another. For each client, there will be a full backup in both pools created by manually running level=full jobs. The schedules will automatically run daily backups, odd weeks storing into volumes in one pool

I frequently have to archive data off the server that should never expire. I would like to archive this data onto a new tape, so the archived data is the only thing on the tape. How do I tell Bacula to do this? I think it has something to do with the Pools, so below is my bacula-dir.conf.
