Hi.
I use Bacula DIR 5.0.3 on FreeBSD and Bacula SD 5.0.3 on Debian. I use
file-based volumes, one job per volume.
The SD just got migrated from the same FreeBSD to Debian a while ago and
Debian SD has different MediaType directive in Device resource, so every
time the backup runs, it starts p

Hello,
the table "Status" contains the long and the short form of the job status

When I have a look at the table JobHisto, it has a field named JobStatus, but
most of the values are "54".
How do get the "real" job status message out of the table JobHisto?

Hello,
I have removed a number of clients from bacula-dir.conf and restarted the
director.
In the bconsole "list clients" still lists the removed clients. The delete
command only allows me to remove volumes, pools and jobids.
So, how do I remove/delete clients?
Thanks for any hints/suggestion
Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to copy a base job to tape incase say our SAN
that we backup to dies. Or if I do a copy of full back up that has a base job
defined will it copy just the information that changed or will it copy a full
backup of the data?
Thanks

I have upgraded to Bacula 5.0.3 from 3 on Ubuntu 11.04 server with mysql.
I don't get any errors but only the directories are backed up but none of the
files. The client is Win 7 pro.
AFAIK everything in the confs is still used successfully on Bacula 3.
I am not sure where else to look. Here is
