Hello everyone.
I run a Full Backup monthly, on the First Monday of the month (using the
"1st mon" directive in the schedule), and I need to run a Copy Job that will
copy all of my Full Backups to a different Pool every Thursday, because on
Friday will have a routine for taking these copy jobs tapes to a secure
offsite location.
The problem is that in some cases, the first Thursday comes first than the
first Monday (just see November on the calendar), so the Copy Job of that
Thursday will copy the tapes from the previous month, not the current
(because the first Monday didn't arrived yet to run the Full Backup)...
So, what do I do? Should I completely change my Schedules? Even if I change
my schedules, how should I set them up?
