I think theses are installed as part of "core solaris" on Sol 10 3/5 and
newer.
I don't know about older releases because usb support was just reworked
last year and
may not have been put back as far as Sol 8.
Try pkginfo to see if their installed.
$ pkginfo -l | grep SUNWlibusb
PKGINST: SUNWlibusb
PKGINST: SUNWlibusbugen
$ cat /etc/release
Solaris 10 3/05 s10_74L2a X86
