It may be that the answer to this question is in the pdf manual and I am just too blind to see it. If so, please just point me to the right page or heading. I have installed Bacula on a SuSE Enterprise Server 9.0 system with one internal VXA-1 drive and an external RakPak with two VXA-1 drives.

Another option is Logical Volume Manager (LVM) which allows you to create and manage large multi-disk/partition volumes. http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/LVM-HOWTO/ I have three 225GB drives for a total storage of 675GB on one logical partition... which I can just add more drive space if necessary.
