It seems that bacula does automagically detects the presence of
linuxthreads and compiles it in - after removing them all went fine...
nevertheless, i think there should be some knob in the freebsd ports
configuration to have this enabled/disabled on

Few days ago I decided to use data spooling for a tape job. So, I enabled
SpoolData = yes in the Job resource and the Device resource in
bacula-sd.conf looks like this:

I've just upgraded from 1.38 to v2.0.1 and changed my bacula-dir.conf
to accomodate.
I can't start the director bacula by typing /etc/bacula/bacula start
or by typing /etc/init.d/bacula-dir start or service bacula start
It says it completes successfully, but if I do ps -ef I can't

I successfully backed up my data last night while doing the tape test. I
did the 3 backup jobs of the same directory, restarted bacula, then backed
up the same director again. That worked great. I tried to restore the
