Hello All,
I'm trying to set up Webacula to manage the bacula configuration that we are
testing.
So far we've been able to use bacula to back up a Windows client to a 4mm DDS
tape drive we had lying about.
This is on a freshly installed Ubuntu 9.10 Server and is a test system until we

You can attain this now in the meantime:
http://www.bacula.org/5.0.x-manuals/en/console/console/Bacula_Console.html#SECTION0028
That would be useful for a program which can have
several million lines of output from one command...
Although maybe a sql que
This is just a feeler to see if there would be any interest in the
following feature:

Look through your system logs, I am willing to bet there
is an error that explains this in there somewhere recent.

I'm currently using bacula with file as media (no tape).
Things appear to be working great, but in BAT when I view the media I see the
Volume Usage of one of my files/volumes at 583.92% (a mouseover of the usage
bars in the "Vol Usage" column). My current file/media layout should be 18

OK, I just downloaded qt-devel and tried again. Still bombs in the same places

One cause of VSS problems like this is running 32-bit Bacula-fd on a 64

Hi,
I'm having a problem copying jobs. I labeled a new volume in the pool
"DailyScratch" with the label command. Then I ran a job using the pool
"ThursdayOD". As expected, bacula took the volume from the Scratch Pool
and moved it to the other pool. Backup ran without errors, "list volumes"

Does anybody have any ideas?
It's very big disadvantage of Bacula - one Job and Files Retention Period
for all this jobs and files on all pools. It's impossible to build backup
strategy by level: Day's backups on volumes of DayPool, Week's backups on
volumes of WeekPool ...

Hi folks,
sorry if this is the wrong list, but maybe you can help me out anyway:
Is it possible to assign labels to db instances in bacula-web? Right
now, whenever I use something besides [.DATABASEn], php barfs and I
don't get any results.
Thanks much in advance,
Uwe
