Hello Egoitz, I think you can just create different bacula console acl profile with the respectives catalogs permissions. It take some work but the user won't be able to access the other db: http://www.bacula.org/5.0.x-manuals/en/main/main/Console_Configuration.html#SECTION00232

I've seen a number of cases like this, and it is a problem with VSS.  Typically a reboot fixes the problem, and if not, it may be that VSS is not installed or not automatically started (perhaps the service was deactivated). Best regards, Kern
