If i run two concurrent jobs on the same windows 2012 client with VSS enabled
on the same windows unit, i get the second job waiting for the first job to
finish.
It's a VSS related issue, because bacula show the two jobs as "running" but the

job of that file daemon with a 7.4.0 director and storage daemon, i get this

Martin you are right , but in the last years, even the opposite has been true:
newer file daemon works with older dir/sd.

Yes, it's version mismatch.
I had the same problem, you have to downgrade the file daemon or upgrade the
dir+sd.
