My understanding of an incremental backup is that only changed data is
backed up. I use Bacula for backups to a disk array and configured it to do
full backups once a month and daily incremental backups.
I have been noticing that the incremental backups seem to be fairly large
though -

I'm running Bacula 5.0.3 on OpenSuSE 11.3. Self compiled with the following
configure options:
* --enable-smartalloc --sbindir=/usr/local/bacula/bin
--sysconfdir=/usr/local/bacula/bin -with-mysql -with-openssl -enable-bat
-sysconfdir=/etc/bacula

I have been reading about the delta plugin which allows bacula to evaluate a
large binary file and only back up the changes.
Is it possible to purchase a license for this plugin only without having to
buy the enterprise eddition? We are a small shop and on a tight budget.

I have been tasked to test bacula as a possible backup solution for my
organisation and I configured a simple lab using two VMWare Server
V1.0.6 instances, one as the bacula server and one as the client on my
WinXP test machine.
The VMWare servers both run openSuSE11.3.
