label a new tape for an already cancelled job.
I'll try to outline my problem:
A few days ago, the director tried to automatically create a new volume
for my daily pool, because the pool didn't contain any acceptable
/dev/rmt/0cbn for the archive and the control device. I hope
that's okay?
I've attached my configuration files and my slightly modified
mtx-changer script (only changed the first line from /bin/sh to /bin/ksh).

StorageDaemon runs on a USB rack. But this one only does an additional
weekly backup. The daily backups are written on an SCSII harddrive that is

I use compression = GZIP
and get only a throughput of about 1,3 MB/sec
I tested the network speed and got an avereage of 21mb/sec. Why is
