For simple "manual" things such as what you are doing, it is *far*
easier to use bconsole. Bat is far more useful when you are looking at

, the bug refers to Bacula 7.4.x but the same problem will happen
with other versions of Bacula built for Ubuntu 16.04.

If I don't send the email to the list, the typo will h
do, but then only you can say.

Release Notes for Bacula 7.4.2
Release version 7.4.2
This is an important bug fix release to version
packages for Bacula, and the first ones should become available
shortly (probably a matter of weeks). The first packages will
probably be CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu, but over time, I believe that
they will provide packages for all the most popular distros.

Hello,
Fedora 23 uses gcc 5.3 and Fedora 24 uses gcc 6.1. Thus it appears that
gcc (or g++) on Fedora 24 is broken -- i.e. it generates incorrect code
for Bacula.

OK, gcc is not loaded. I will check on the Fedora web site.

uild Bacula with -O0 (minus oh zero). It
would be good to report this to Fedora as will as GNU GCC.
