- check your system logs (/var/log/messages,/var/log/audit/audit.log)
- get back with your "copy jobs" configuration
- create a "fake test" copy job and run it
- check your database (mysql_check)

Maybe you could have a look on Bacula-Web which offer that kind of
"feature".
If you need to send the report by mail, that's something I can implement
in a next release.
If Bacula-Web doesn't reach you expection, a simple bash script wouldn't
be difficult to do.

Over the last few weeks/months, i did my best to offer a more stable,
intuitive and useful web based reporting and monitoring tool for Bacula.

you're absolutely right, in the download page, the link on the icon was
pointing on the wrong version (version 5.2.2).
I've fixed the mistake and now the link point to the latest version (see
http://bacula-web.org/download.html)
