Thank you I have a similar, but even weirder problem with one lto4 volume: It shows up in the bacula-web interface with only 70gb of data and status full, but a query shows about 350G on the tape (3 jobs)! This is bacula 5.0.2 on centos compiled from source, btw. When bacula encounters a write error it assumes the tape is full at that point.
