Just a small annoying caveat, but is there any reason why bacula-dir.conf and the MTX changer scripts are logging to /var/db/bacula/$blah instead of /var/log prefix instead?
/var/db/bacula seems to be more like a "state" directory (minus the pid files) ~BAS
