Yes, you can't link directly to the archive on the JCCC site, since it will ask the
person for your own password.
Dear All, On 10 September 1990 the Research Dept wrote a memorandum to the
Universal House of Justice entitled World Government and the Universal
House of Justice. I thought it was on Jonah Winter's web site, but I can
no longer find it there. Does anyone know where on the Web it can be found?
