If the jobs are working fine with the other systems, then disable the firewall 
(temporarily) on the Windows box and try again. If the backup job was 
successful, you know where to look.

Ok fixed, it was ip address issue.

Now another thing I want to remove a client from bareos including the database

Yes the firewall is open on windows end here is the windows side logs from 
monitor tray

I had this trouble, not Bareos related, but check that Windows work as 
expected:

When File Daemon start to transfer, my network adapter disappear from 
task bar, Director Daemon fail with an error and have to disable/enable 
to restart again, but always fail after that.


Can you explain in depth what happen in both sides?

Does the Windows firewall allow bareos through.  The bareos install on Windows 
should set it.
