For all Ballard publications (Airs de cour etc.) from 1599-1673 you have to 
consult the standard work:

Laurent Guillo: Pierre I Ballard et Robert III Ballard. Imprimeurs du roy pour 
la musique (159-1673), 2 Vol., Sprimont (Mardaga) 2003
