First, try to isolate the particular database that is causing the problem.
Then, try backing up the data in Windows if you can. Ideally, capture
the USB traffic during this step at the same time.
Then, using tools under contrib/ compare the data backed up with Barry
with the results

I just tried this and I can't reproduce it. If I output to an LDIF text
file, and then delete the SN attribute, it still shows up for me
when doing a test run of "upldif < ldif.txt".
Was this related to the base64 issue you mentioned in your other email?
