Hi, I have just installed BASE2 and I have got as far as importing a raw data set with Agilent data. I would now like to try out some of the analysis plugins which apparently means I have to create a new experiment item first. When I try to do this I get an error after attaching my raw data to it:
Invalid data On page /base2/views/experiments/index.jsp No raw data has been added to the raw bioassay: Raw bioassay[id=1; name=test raw bioassay] I have tried this several times and it fails consistently. I have double checked and there definitely is raw data attached to the raw bioassay -- I can see them in the raw bioassay view. Has anyone had a similar problem? Is this a bug or am I just doing something wrong here?
