Seems like you are correct. The ticket #743 only seems to fix the problem with numbers containing 'e+'. It still remains for all variants of 'E+'. No matter if the exponent is 0 or if the number is negative or positive. I think we can fix this in time until 2.16 next week. http://base.thep.lu.s
