Thanks for quick reply and sorry for not checking tickets first. How about change of file type for list of files? This was requested some time ago. There is a ticket at http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/978 explaining why it can't be fixed. [base] File types assigned when extracting an archive
Hi, Is it possible to assign file type to files uploaded in archive and extracted on the fly? The file type setting in upload window seems to affect only the archive file, not the extracted content. It would be useful for me and some of our users to have an option of automatic assigning type to files uploaded this way (since many plugins use file types to filter file view). Other option could be "batch-changing" of file type, similar to sharing many items at the same time. Would you consider including these changes in the road map?
