The additional redirection could indicate that the session variable
could not be set, or is being lost again. Maybe you could do some
tracing/debugging in the DBA function that checks if a user is logged
in [1]?

Hi all,
We created an application web app based on the BaseX .WAR distribution.
If we deploy it under tomcat we can access all DBA related functionalities
after the login prompt.
If we try to do the same under WildFly 10, the application starts without
errors but trying to access the DBA pages
